What if my items are damaged or missing?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at shopcharmingscents@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue store credit if approved.
Are any purchases final sale?
At Charming Scents, we value your satisfaction—but due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read below for full details.
❌ No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfume oils, body sprays, or air fresheners.
When will I get my order?
At Charming Scents, we take pride in making sure your order is handled with care and delivered to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• During sales, holidays, or high-volume times, processing may take a little longer.
🚚 Shipping Time
• After processing, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long does the oils last?
Our perfume oils are long-lasting and made to stick with you all day. On average, you can expect 8-12 hours of scent wear, depending on your skin type and activity level.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
