Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase

Processing or shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier

Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping addresses provided at checkout

Used, opened, or tampered products

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.

We are not liable for:

Delays, loss, or damage during transit

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation

Refused, unclaimed, or returned-to-sender packages

All shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the carrier used for delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout
