Please allow up to 28 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Charming Scents is a small business operated by a team of only 1β2 people, and our products are freshly handmade and prepared for each order. This includes making, filling, labeling, packaging, and preparing your items for shipment.
Because of the handmade nature of our products and the volume of orders we may receive, processing times can vary. Your order may ship sooner than 28 business days; however, we ask that you allow the full processing timeframe before requesting an order status update.
Please note: Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Once your order has been completed and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery time will depend on the carrier.
