Charming Scents Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Charming Scents. We appreciate your support and strive to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
Processing Time
All products are handmade and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, new product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
USPS Ground Advantage
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Hazardous Material (Perfume Sprays)
Products containing alcohol, including perfume sprays, may be classified as hazardous materials for shipping purposes and may be shipped separately or via approved ground transportation methods. Hazardous shipments may require additional transit time and are subject to carrier regulations.
Estimated delivery for hazardous shipments:
3–8 business days after shipment
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, routing requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide:
Your order number
Photos of all items received
Photos of the packaging and packing slip (if included)
Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for review. All missing item claims are subject to investigation before a replacement or store credit is issued.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Charming Scents is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues or claims.
Returned Packages
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery may be reshipped once additional shipping fees have been paid.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, customs processing, or other events beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. Charming Scents is not responsible for customs-related delays.
