Damage / Missing Items
At Charming Scents, every order is carefully inspected and packaged with love and attention to detail. However, we understand that shipping carriers can sometimes cause issues beyond our control.
We are here to make things right in a smooth and timely manner.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging (box or mailer included)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue either a replacement item or store credit, depending on availability.
Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
The name of the missing item(s)
We will review your order and packing records. If confirmed, we will either reship the missing item or issue store credit.
Replacement Processing Time
Once your claim is approved, replacement items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
During high-volume periods (sales, launches, or holidays), please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your replacement has been shipped.
Important Notes
We are not responsible for packages that are damaged after confirmed delivery.
Once your package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Charming Scents is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but reported stolen or missing. Please contact your local carrier for assistance in those cases.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
All claims must be submitted within the required timeframe to be eligible.
