At Charming Scents, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast and efficient shipping for all customers. Because of this, we offer a limited window for cancellations.

Order Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order or before your order enters processing, whichever comes first.

Once your order has begun processing, been packed, or prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

After Processing Begins

Due to the speed of our fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel, change, or stop orders once they are in production or fulfillment stages. This includes orders that are:

Already packed or labeled

Awaiting carrier pickup

Sale or promotional items

Order Accuracy

Please carefully review your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase. Charming Scents is not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.

How to Request a Cancellation

If you need to request a cancellation within the allowed time frame, please contact us immediately using the contact form on website.

Order number

Reason for cancellation

We will do our best to assist you promptly.

Important Notes

Cancellations are not guaranteed once processing begins due to our fast fulfillment system.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Charming Scents reserves the right to deny cancellation requests once an order has entered processing.
